Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for Tamil Entrepreneur Academy (TEA). Our affiliate program is designed to reward individuals who help introduce our programs to entrepreneurs who can genuinely benefit from them.

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. These terms are meant to create a fair, transparent, and sustainable ecosystem for everyone involved.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

You must complete the affiliate registration process.
Provide accurate personal details including name, contact information, and payment details.
False or misleading information may result in rejection or suspension.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

Tamil Entrepreneur Academy reserves the right to approve or reject applications and review accounts periodically to maintain quality and integrity.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking (60-Day Cookie Window)

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to track your performance.

Users must click your affiliate link
Cookies must be enabled
Cookie must not be overwritten

Tracking failures due to technical issues cannot be manually corrected. Use links exactly as provided.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on successful purchases through your referral links. Rates vary based on product, campaign, or affiliate tier and will be shown in your dashboard.

4. Commission Approval & 24-Hour Fast Payout

Orders are verified after payment
Commission is recorded in your dashboard
Payout available within 24 hours after verification

Ensure correct payment details (Bank / UPI). Incorrect details may delay payouts.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Commission Reversals

Commissions apply only to completed purchases. Refunds, failed payments, or chargebacks will result in commission reversal.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Promote using social media, content, email, or personal recommendations
Maintain honest and transparent communication
No false income claims or unrealistic promises

7. Prohibited Activities

No spamming (emails, WhatsApp, comments)
No self-referrals
No brand keyword ads
No fraud (fake purchases, bots, cookie stuffing)

Violations will lead to account suspension and loss of commissions.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

Use only official materials. Do not alter logos or impersonate the brand.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations or activities that harm brand reputation. Terminated accounts may lose pending commissions.

10. Modification of Terms

Terms may be updated as needed. Continued participation means acceptance of changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for tracking issues, outages, or data loss beyond our control.

12. Final Understanding

By joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and will promote ethically.
